Chicken and Stuffing Bake
Ingredients
- 1 package of chicken stuffing
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp of chopped parsley
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°f
- Prepare stuffing by package directions.
- Add vegetables. Combine soup. milk, and parsley. Set aside.
- Arrange stuffing accross center of dish and arrange chicken around it.
- Spoon a thick layer of soup mixture on each side of stuffing.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Stir sauce before serving.
