Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1 bag of miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 4 tbsp of cream or evaporated milk
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare brownies according to package directions.
- Remove from oven and immediately drop marshmallows all over the top.
- Put in oven for 5 more minutes, then remove from oven and drizzle with chocolate icing.
- Melt butter. Add cream (or evaporated milk) and cocoa.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, Whisk until smooth.
