Lemon Munchie Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 package of lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
• 1 tsp of lemon extract
• 1/3 cup of powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°f.
2. Put cake mix in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, and lemon extract until blended.
3. Roll into small balls by the tsp and put in the bowl of powdered sugar and cover lightly.
4. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes. (bottom will be brown, but top will be lighter)
5. Can roll in more powdered sugar before eating. (Optional)
