Zucchini Bread

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until light and foamy.
  2. Add sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix lightly but well.
  3. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Add to egg-zucchini mixture. Stir until well blended.
  5. Add nutes and pour into two 9x5 loaf pans.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°f oven for 60 minutes. Cool on rack.
