Creamy Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz package of shredded cheddar
- 30 oz package of frozen shredded hashbrowns
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly butter casserole dish
- In small skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add onions and cook 3-4 minutes or until soft.
- Pour mixture into large bowl. Add sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hashbrowns, and salt and pepper. Combine until well blended
- Pour mixture into pepared baking dish. Top evenly with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 minutes.
